Developing a Practice of Contemplation.
Welcome to our Inaugural Contemplative Living Podcast. What is Contemplative Living? In this introduction podcast I’ll give you a taste of a method of Contemplation that is sometimes call Reflection or Introspection. Toward the end of the show I’ll share a guided meditation.
